I can't keep up with the pumping at work so I'm having to wean a little

After only a few months of working I'm noticing a big drop in my milk supply when I use my breast pump at work. The first few weeks I was double pumping (doing both sides at once) and was getting a good 4 ounces from each breast in just ten minutes of pumping. This dropped back to 3 ounces each side, but that was still enough.

Now though, just three months after starting back at work, I'm only getting 0.5-1 ounce each breast. This isn't enough for my little guy to have more than one feed while I'm away. I had been pumping at night too to make up the difference, but I'm just getting too tired and starting to resent the pump..... I don't know how these women pump exclusively, I haven't even been pumping long at all and I want to limit it as much as possible.

Soooo, in an effort to calm down the pumping, I'm actually encouraging my little guy to wean back to only 3 feeds a day. It's taken about 2 weeks to wean back from 5 feeds a day to 3 (with the previous 2 week seeing me only feeding 5 rather than 6 times a day because my bubba stopped wanting that other feed) and it seems to be working okay. My little guy hasn't complained at all, so here's hoping...
